Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any Coda Pack published under my Coda maker account (each, a "Pack"). By installing, configuring, or using a Pack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Pack.

1. What the Packs are

Each Pack is a third-party integration built on Coda's Packs platform (coda.io) to extend documents with additional formulas, actions, or connections to other services. Packs run inside Coda and are subject to Coda's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

2. No separate account or backend

I do not operate a separate backend service, account system, or database for these Packs. All configuration, authentication, and data used by a Pack lives inside your own Coda document and, where applicable, is exchanged directly between Coda and any third-party service the Pack connects to (for example, via an API key or OAuth connection you provide). I do not receive, store, or have access to that data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a Pack to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of a connected third-party service;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Pack or Coda's platform;
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.

4. Third-party services

If a Pack connects to a third-party service (such as an API you authenticate with), your use of that service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

5. No warranty

Packs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not guarantee that a Pack will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously maintained.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of a Pack.

7. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of a Pack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
